Game was out of stock at local store, and an on line order brought it home in two days! (Posted on 1/21/13)Brain Worthiness - Excellent fun Review by Audrey

This is a great variance to traditional sudoku games. I love the tactile nature of this game. Everything is made of wood, including the balls. Be careful not to lose the balls as they are light. I found they fit perfectly into the holes, but I've played outside and the wind has blown a couple off the board.Brain Worthiness
I highly recommend this game. (Posted on 12/18/12) - ColorKu Review by Graham

Pro's: This is a great game for an alternative to Suduku.Brain Worthiness
The game is much better than the standard numbers Suduku - more fun.
The game is fun to play singly or with someone else.
Sharing moves strategy is also something you can try. It is a fun addition we employ.
Con's
The dark blue and the dark green are very difficult to distinguish if the ambient light level is anything but "bright".
Round balls are not perfectly round and they can fall out or get lost - (swallowed even if a baby was about).
Be aware and control the pieces for that reason.
At least they are a good shape to pass through!
Conclusions: -
Good fun. generally good quality but could be improved. Average value for money.
Easy to convert standard Suduku games and add to the list. (you will need to make extra cards)
How can anyone measure any improvement in brain activities to prove this game works as advertised?
That I would like to know -

Received this gift as a Father's Day present this past year. The kids had played it at a neighbors house and loved it so got it for "me" as a gift. I do enjoy playing when I get the chance. I have also ordered the extra "hard" puzzles from the manufacturere's website. I also plan on getting another game as a present for the Holidays so we can have some family competition. What I love about this game is that it can be played with any age group and alone or with a group. We now have two boards so that we can compete! We set up the same puzzle on each board and then see which person (or group) can finish the puzzle first, and correctly! We always have at least one board out, not only because it gets used so much, but we love the colors.Brain Worthiness
We have also ordered the Tic-Tac-Ku add on and love it! Glad that we now have two boards, otherwise I'd never get a chance to do my ColorKu! (Posted on 5/22/12) - If you love Soduko, you'll love this! Review by TAMMI

This is even more challenging than Soduko because there's no place to mark the "possible" marbles for a potential spot. It's also great for kids of all ages because there are different levels of difficulty. My 6 year old and 9 year old love this game, but I keep it away from the playroom so they don't lose any of the marbles. I really like this game a lot. Two big thumbs up! I am so happy I bought this. I never spend this kind of money on myself but I went into the marbles website looking for the name of a crossword puzzle and got caught by the wonderful colors and its resemblance to Chinese Checkers, one of my favorites when I was growing up. Numbers are definitely not my strong suit, however it took Colorku to make me realize that Soduku really isn't about numbers as much as it is about spatial relations. As I near 80, I've been looking for more sedentary brain challenges . I was astonished to max the first sudoku I tried while waiting for a doctor's apppointment. Unfortunately that captured me but since then, I have suffered hours and hours of wasted and frustrating time.. Although I always transfered the pattern to another piece of paper, as I moved to more difficult puzzles, it was increasingly difficult to erase and start all over with a whole section. With Colorku, this is a much smoother operation.even with the most difficult puzzle, it is so much easier to pull out whole sections to rearrange. The colors are very pleasing and fun. I wish there was some marking on each of the marbles so you could turn the marking up when the marble is part of the pattern. I've put a round ink dot on those marbles and if a paraticular marble isn't part of the pattern I just turn the dot to the bottom. It works well but doesn't look quite as pretty. It's a pleasure to have real wood instead of plastic. Thanks! (Posted on 4/1/12)Brain Worthiness - Fantastic toy Review by skbmom

I bought this for my 6 year old son. He loves it. Actually I love it also. It is a lot of fun and a game we often play together. (Posted on 12/9/11)Brain Worthiness - Outstanding Game! Review by Michdad

What a great gift! Received this game as a birthday present and I LOVE it (when I get the chance to play.) Since it looks great we keep it out on our dining room table. Friends and relatives have all become addicted and I suspect many will get their own this Holiday season. We love the plastic marble holder and have found that you can set the wood board on top of the holder to secure the marbles if you need to put it away before finishing the current puzzle. Since the holes are deep enough the kids can even take it with them on trips without them spilling.Brain Worthiness
At night my wife and i will have a glass of wine and work on a puzzle together. A nice way to relax before turning in for the evening. Kudos to the inventors of this great game! (Posted on 11/8/11) - Easy to start and still a challenge Review by gametester

This game was an easy one to get started on and I would say that younger people would be able to get into the action right away. The fun comes when you start figuring out the strategy. (Posted on 11/3/11)Brain Worthiness
