Marbles Gift Wrap

Marbles offers gift wrapping on this brainy product for only $1!
We haven’t lost our minds, we just know how nice it is to avoid those dull scissors and tape that won’t tear. To add gift wrapping to your order, just select the “yes” button under the “add gift wrap” section.

Perpetual Commotion is a real-time card game that’ll have your hands and mind operating in nanoseconds. This crazy-fun amalgamation of strategy, speed and luck challenges players to get rid of their cards as fast as they can. The first player to empty their feeder pile wins the round and the first player to get 150 points wins. Although Perpetual Commotion seems like all fun and games, our brain will be working hard as the neurons in your prefrontal cortex fire at warp speed. This addictive party game will have your heart racing as you improve your visual processing speed and reaction time.

Brain Health Expert Says:

"Test your attention to detail and quick thinking as you apply the game rules to the cards you have."

How to Play:

Players start off Perpetual Commotion by selecting a colored deck to use as their own throughout the game. Shuffle your deck and count out thirteen face-down cards and set that pile in front of you (and to the right). This pile is called the Feeder Pile. Any player begins the game by shouting “Go!” and every player immediately draws five face-up cards and lines them up in a row in front of them next to the Feeder Pile. These five cards are called the Front Five. The rest of the cards in the deck are called the Playmakers. The game begins in earnest as you flip over three cards at a time from their Playmakers deck, and can play a turned card at any time. Once you go through your Playmakers deck, you flip back the cards into a deck and continue to play. You can also play any card from your Front Five, and if you do, then a card is drawn from the Feeder Pile to take its place. Simply put, you should always have five cards in front of you. When someone finds a Start card, it is placed in the center of the table. Now anyone can play a “2” card of any color on that Start card. After a “2” has been played players try to play their cards on that pile counting upwards from “2” to “12” but only of the color that the initial “2” card had been played. You may have multiple piles going on at once, and a pile is finished after a Stop card is placed on any pile that reaches “12” of a single color. When a player depletes their Feeder Pile, the game immediately ends with that player shouting “Out”! Players then identify what cards they played in the round (using the color-coded decks) and distribute points based on the remaining cards.

How to Win:

Players tally up points each round, once a player has earned 150 points, they win.
