free shipping
It's true. We are currently offering free shipping for online orders in the contiguous US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, outlying US territories and Canada). When you select free shipping, our warehouse will determine the shipping method (UPS or USPS).
expedited shipping
UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and 3 day select
Orders placed for UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, & UPS 3 Day Select, will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Please allow:
• Four business days for a 3 Day Select order
example: order Monday, ships on Tuesday, arrives Friday
• Three business days for a 2nd Day Air order
example: order Monday, ships on Tuesday, arrives Thursday
• Two business days for a Next Day Air order
example: order Monday, ships on Tuesday, arrives Wednesday
UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

USPS priority mail
USPS Priority orders usually leave our warehouse the next business day after being ordered. USPS Priority shipments theoretically take 3-5 days to deliver, but in our experience, we have seen them take anywhere from 3-10 days to deliver. USPS is recommended for shipments to PO boxes.

gift information
Gift wrapping is available on most items for $1.50 per item. Some oversized, heavy, or oddly shaped items do not have gift wrapping available. At checkout, you may select a gift message to add to any item. A packing slip will be included in each order that will show the name of the sender and recipient, but will not include any prices.
when will my order arrive?
We will ship out your order as fast as we can. After your order leaves our warehouse in Chicago, most orders will generally take about 3-7 business days to arrive. If you need it by a particular date, please see the information on expedited shipping (above).
how to order online
Click the Add to Cart button next to any product you’d like to add. Next, click on the blue circle in the top-right corner of the screen that says “Cart”. If everything looks good, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and choose whether to register or proceed as a Guest.
Tip: If you register, it will allow you to create and share wishlists, and your address will be saved for future orders.
Enter your billing and shipping address. Make sure your billing address matches the address where your credit card statement is sent. Choose your shipping method and enter your credit card information. Review your order, then click the Place Order button to complete the order.
tracking your order
After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link to see the current location of your package. Please note that there will not be any location updates until your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept purchase orders from schools.
tax
We charge tax on orders shipped to California, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped to other states (woohoo!).

returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. Returning an online order is easy.
• Ship the returns back to us within 30 days of your order date.
• All items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Include a copy of your packing slip or your order number.

canada
We currently ship to the US and Canada only. Orders to Canada are charged shipping and occasionally charged additional customs fees and/or taxes when they arrive. Customers in Canada should contact their local customs office if they have any questions.
