How to Play:
Each player chooses a different color of rug to use for the game and gets a handful of coins (30 Dirham). Assam is placed in the center the board. In turn, players rotate Assam 1/4 turn in either direction and roll the dice. Assam moves the number of spaces that is shown on the dice. Players place a rug covering two squares on the board anywhere next to Assam. If Assam lands on an opponent's rug, they must also pay the opponent for every square of their carpet that's touching together. The game continues like this until all of the carpets have been used.
How to Win:
When the last rug has been laid, the game is over. Each square of player's rug visible on the board counts as one point and each Dirham coin counts as a point - everything is added up. The player with the most points wins.
