Do brain games really work?
In a word... absolutely! How do you select your products?
We're unapologetically persnickety about what products make it into our stores. Only the best of the very brainy best make the cut. We handpick every game, book, puzzle and software program that we sell from over 100 different vendors. After we find the most unique and highest quality products out there, they are reviewed by brain health experts, including neurologists, cognitive therapists and scientists to make sure they deliver one heckuva brain workout.

How do I know what to buy?
All of our products are organized by the five main brain functions: Critical Thinking, Memory, Coordination, Visual Perception and Word Skills. Those are all great places to start. Do you sell anything for kids?

Do you have products that are good for English as a Second Language or that have directions in other languages?
The Word Skills section is a great place to start for products that make learning English as a second language both fun and rewarding. Many of the products we carry have directions in other languages. Open the PDF under the "How to Play" section of a product page to see the most complete version of the rules that we have available.
My dad is 70. Do you have anything for him?
Definitely. We have tons of games and books that older adults will enjoy. Snatch It is one of our favorite games that bridges the gap between generations and can be enjoyed by family members of all ages. We also have several brain fitness software programs that were designed for people without prior computer experience, including Posit Science Brain Fitness Program, Insight and Dakim. We have many products that are perfect for classroom use. Visual Brainstorms are logic puzzles that serve as perfect icebreakers. Math Dice are a favorite among, well, math teachers. I or someone close to me has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Do you have anything to help?
Whether you're caring for a loved one, or have been diagnosed with a memory-related disorder yourself, Marbles is dedicated to helping you in any way we can. You can browse a variety of products that are effective at various stages of these diseases. However, since individual needs may vary, we recommend that you run our product assortment and suggestions by your healthcare provider to ensure you're getting the right products for you. Can you prevent Alzheimer's disease?
Unfortunately, there is currently not a cure for Alzheimer's disease. However, researchers are learning more about Alzheimer's every day, including ways to treat the disease and delay its onset as well as identifying risk factors that play a role in the likelihood of developing the disease. Your age, family history, genetics and general health may all offer clues about your personal risk. You can take the Marbles Brain Health Assessment to help you identify your risk factors for developing Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive impairments. Just answer a few confidential questions about your lifestyle, medical history and your family's medical history to get a tailored report that identifies your risks and provides a prevention strategy.
I or someone close to me has had a brain injury (including stroke). Do you have anything to help?
Yes, we have several products that can be helpful for various issues related to brain injury. Please browse our brain injury product recommendations. However, since each brain injury is unique and every individual has different needs, we recommend that you run our product assortment and suggestions by your health care provider. Can I return something I ordered from the website?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return anything from an online order, send it back to us within 30 days of your order date. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please include a copy of your packing slip. We will contact you upon receipt of your return to issue a refund to your credit card.
If any items in your shipment are damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us and we will fix it.

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area, complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. You will receive a tracking number when your orders ships.
Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees or taxes to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Marbles. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees.
I don't live in the United States or Canada... why won't you ship to me?
Please don't take it personally! We are currently researching the easiest way to handle overseas shipping. We appreciate your patience as we figure it out.
