A couple weeks ago I had a customer write me to ask for gift ideas for a group of his employees and I took some time coming up with a list that I thought might be helpful for other Marbles fans out there. Here is a list of what I would consider our top 10 corporate gift ideas:
1. Tangle Therapy ($9.99): A great relaxation toy for your fidgety hands. If one person has one soon so will everyone else.
2. Keep Your Brain Alive ($8.95): A collection of brain tips in a book format that can be put into action at work that is sure to get the office talking.
3. Ball of Whacks ($34.99): A creativity/divergent thinking product that is great for those in the creativity field. Really, who isn’t in the being creative business?
4. Nudge ($16.00): A newly published book that can help you “nudge” yourself and your colleagues to make better decisions. The book gives great advice how thoughtful “choice architecture” can be established to nudge us in beneficial directions without restricting freedom of choice.
5. Tangoes ($13.99): A classic two person game (remember Tangram puzzles from when you were younger) that can be used in the office for a nice little brain break or as I have used them at office parties.
6. Blink ($6.99): One of our best selling games that really gets the brain working quickly. We have many customers who have bought one game, loved it, and come back for a dozen more once they are truly addicted.
7. Noodle Your IQ ($9.99): This metal and wood puzzle is one of a collection, so please ask if you would like more variety. Great for establishing bragging rights throughout the office. 
8. Thinkgum ($1.99 each or a case of 12 for $21.89): Gum makes you think better, huh? Not so sure, ask Wrigley about the big bucks they spent on establishing that chewing gum is good for your brain. This particular gum isn’t from our local purveyor but does have some very interesting additional ingrediants- peppermint, rosemary, ginkgo biloba, and other extracts.
9. Placenotes- Chicago ($19.95): A set of informational cards that can encourage thoughtful exploration around the city and a corporate gift selection from a few of our customers last year.
10. Bucky Balls ($29.99): Last but not least….buckyballs are my new favorite corporate gift idea. Not meant for children because of their size and magnetic nature this is a product that once you play with it you won’t let it go. Create endless shapes, designs, jewelry while tackling the next big problem at work and you will understand.
