ColorKu is a Sudoku-like game with color marbles instead of numbers that exercises all four lobes of your brain in one fell swoop. In other words, it’s kind of like those “miraculous” machines they advertise on late-night infomercials claiming to exercise your entire body with one simple move. Except in the case of ColorKu, it’s true. And you can get the aforementioned quadruple lobe workout without the annoying spokesman and “Just 17 easy payments of $42.95 each!” Yep, for under 40 bucks, you can get a beautiful solid wood game board, countless fun game nights and one heckuva brain workout.

Love it!

I am a tech geek and can easily play games and puzzles online or on my devices, but I still love physical puzzles. It took me awhile to buy Colorku even though I've been wanting it for sometime. I'm glad I finally bought it. It looks great on the coffee table and easy to play on my lap while I binge on Netflix shows. It's also great to play with my daughter. I showed her with numbers but I think the colors work better. The board is also large and inviting for people to watch or participate. I highly recommend it for puzzle lovers.

Best Game Ever

We bought this for our 8 year old. It is a great for all ages and skill levels. My 5 year old plays, too! As you (your your kids!) learn you can increase your skill level and the game becomes more challenging and requires a greater level of critical thinking and problem solving. Plus, it's just plain fun! Chalking this up as one of our best purchases!

Great game

It's a great game to challenge, whether played alone or with a partner.

Great game for folks of all ages!

This game has been a great addition to our family collection! I'm not a Sudoku fan, but I love this beautiful, tactile version of essentially the same game. My 11-year-old son is a Sudoku addict and he loves this game, too. It's really wonderful because you can play cooperatively or alone, you can try to solve the puzzle at one sitting or come back to it if you don't finish it all at once. If you only have a few minutes, you can chip away at the solution a little at a time. Even my 5-year-old can play the easy puzzles or the harder ones once the puzzle is far enough along. It is challenging enough for the grown-ups in the house, as well. It's nice to have a calm, visually-pleasing game for the entire family to enjoy. A great game!

How To Play

How to Play:  Choose one of the Colorku puzzle cards. Set up the board with the colored balls as shown on the card. Same rules as Sudoku only with color; there cannot be more than one of each color in any column, row, or square.  How to Win:  Fill in the remaining spaces with colored balls so that there are not any colors that repeat within any of the columns, rows, or squares. There are over 100 puzzles to solve.
