It's true. We are currently offering *Free Shipping for online orders in the contiguous US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and outlying US territories). Free Shipping packages are usually sent via UPS SurePost which can take 7-10 business days.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship and process payments from addresses inside the United States and FPO/APO boxes. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and 3 day select


Orders placed for UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, & UPS 3 Day Select, will leave our warehouse the next business day. Please allow:

    • Three business days for a 2nd Day Air order
example: order Monday, ships on Tuesday, arrives Thursday
    • Two business days for a Next Day Air order
example: order Monday, ships on Tuesday, arrives Wednesday
      UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

USPS priority mail

USPS Priority orders usually leave our warehouse the next business day after being ordered. USPS Priority shipments theoretically take 3-5 days to deliver, but in our experience, we have seen them take anywhere from 3-10 days to deliver. USPS is recommended for shipments to PO boxes.

GIFT INFORMATION

Gift wrapping is available on most items for $4.99 per item. Some oversized, heavy, or oddly shaped items do not have gift wrapping available. At checkout, you may select a gift message to add to any item. A packing slip will be included in each order that will show the name of the sender and recipient, but will not include any prices.

WHEN WILL IT GET THERE?

We will ship out your order as fast as we can. After your order leaves our warehouse in Chicago, most orders will generally take about 5-7 business days to arrive. If you need it by a particular date, please see the information on expedited shipping (above).

ORDERING ONLINE

Click the Add to Cart button next to any product you'd like to add. Next, click on the shopping cart at top-right corner of the screen. If everything looks good, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and choose whether to register or proceed as a Guest.

Tip: If you register, it will allow you to create and share wishlists, earn reward points toward future rewards, and your address will be saved for future orders.

Enter your billing and shipping address. Make sure your billing address matches the address where your credit card statement is sent. Choose your shipping method and enter your credit card information. Review your order, then click the Place Order button to complete the order.

ORDER TRACKING

After your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link to see the current location of your package. Please note that there will not be any location updates until your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept purchase orders from schools.

TAX

We charge tax on orders shipped to California, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Washington. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped to other states (woohoo!).

PURCHASE ORDERS

OOPS!

If you placed an order, but made a mistake, please contact us at support@marblesthebrainstore.com or call 1-877-527-2460 so that we can fix it before your order leaves our warehouse.

MISTAKES & DEFECTIVE

If you have received a defective item or if we goofed and sent you the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will sort things out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from Marbles, that's why we provide so many open samples to try in store before you buy and provide pictures and how-to-play videos online.

However, if you find you are still unsatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly accept non-clearance, unopened items within 90 days of purchase with a receipt for the purchase price. Purchases can be returned to a Marbles store or via mail, regardless if you bought the items in store or online. We require personal identification in store for all returns and exchanges and confirmed contact information included in returns by mail.

RETURNS TO STORE

If you're returning your item to a Marbles store, bring the item you'd like to return to along with the following:

1) Proof of Purchase

  • packing slip included with online purchase
  • or receipt provided with in-store purchase
  • or gift receipt provided with in-store purchase

2) Identification

  • Proof of Personal Identification including Drivers's License, Passport or State ID

RETURN ITEMS BY MAIL

If you're returning your item to marblesthebrainstore.com, please include the following:

1) Proof of Purchase

  • packing slip included with online purchase
  • or receipt provided with in-store purchase
  • or gift receipt provided with in-store purchase

2) Identification

  • Additional contact information if different from the phone and email in your original order. When we receive your return, we may need to contact you for more information to complete the refund.

And ship unopened items you wish to return to the following address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

RETURNS FAQ

opened or damaged items

Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

clearance items

Items purchased at clearance price are final sale and not refundable.

bundled or promotional items

Bundled items can be returned for the discounted price received at purchase of bundle. Promotional items may not be returned or exchanged.

refund amount

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

form of refund

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
